Shipping and Return Policy
Digital Services: As the majority of our services are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon the completion of the project, the final files will be delivered to you electronically via email or through a secure online platform.
Revisions and Edits:
- Revisions and edits are included in the project scope and are limited to the agreed-upon deliverables, timeline and scope of work.
- Additional revisions or edits beyond the agreed-upon deliverables may incur additional charges as it’s outlined in all of our Quotations.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options, these options will be discussed and mentioned in our Quote.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The total shipping cost will be provided to you in an Invoice during the process.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you based on your selected shipping method and location.
For domestic orders within India, we aim to ship items within 3-10 business days from the date of purchase. Our team works diligently to process orders efficiently, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare and dispatch your items.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule.
International Shipping:
For our valued international customers, we offer shipping services to destinations around the globe. International shipping times can vary due to customs processing and the logistics involved. On average, international orders may take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days to reach their destination.
Factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, and other international shipping variables can impact the delivery timeframe. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Similar to domestic orders, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your international order has been shipped.
Exchange Policy:
Digital Services: Due to the nature of digital services, exchanges are generally not applicable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have concerns about the delivered work, please contact us at [contact@parallaxindia.in], and we will work with you to address any issues.
Physical Products: If you receive damaged or incorrect printed labels, please follow our exchange process:
- Conditions for Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for items damaged in shipping or incorrectly shipped items.
- Timeframe for Exchanges: Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
- Exchange Process: Contact our customer support team at [contact@parallaxindia.in] with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect items, and upon receipt, we will process the exchange.
- Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return Policy: Given the nature of our services, returns are generally not applicable. However, if you encounter any issues with our services, please contact us, and we will address your concerns.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team to discuss the situation.
